DIGITAL PHASE CONTROL RELAY- RCFD
Device designed to monitor track voltages to ensure precise train positioning with intrinsic safety, certified to SIL4.
Phase control relay for 50Hz and 75Hz track circuits, but can also operate at other frequencies.
This device replaces the electromagnetic disc relay and is built using a 2oo2 digital DSP technology. Built on a smaller FS58 backplate, it can be produced in an FS58 version for direct replacement with electromagnetic relays.
The RCFD device is SIL4 certified when used with RR2000 external actuator relays.
They have been used in the Milan Metro since 2008 on the M1 and M2 lines.

CODE GENERATOR 75; 120; 180 E 270 - CTS
It is capable of generating the 75/120/180/270 CPM CDB codes , which are commonly used in the CDBs of metro and railway lines. This generator must be equipped with a power amplifier to transmit the codes directly onto the line, so that they can be picked up by the on-board system for interpreting the speed along the line.
The CTS can be equipped with a 3-digit local display to indicate the code being typed.
Made on a reduced-type FS58 counterplate, and can be made in the FS58 version for direct replacement with code strikers on an FS58 plate; or of the Westinghouse type.

CODE REPEATER AT THE CPR TRACK
It is a CTS signal amplification device made using solid-state components.
It is used to amplify the code-entering signal set by the control room via the CTS. The device can translate signals up to a frequency of 440Hz.
The CPR will only function with the aid of a CTS.
Built on a reduced-size FS58 backplate, it can be produced in an FS58 version for direct replacement with code-enterers on an FS58 backplate.

RAIL JOINT CONTROL RELAY - CJU
The device is designed for the punctual verification of the physical joint capacity of the rail .
As a result, it detects any imperfections in the joint , or any damage to the joint due to wear of the rail.
It works on the principle of measuring the impedance of the circuit at high frequency, and is able to measure small capacitive variations due to the deterioration of the physical dielectric of the joint.
Made on a reduced-size FS58 backplate, and can be produced in the FS58 version for direct replacement with older devices made on a FS58 plate.

AC/AC CONVERTER THREE-PHASE 75Hz 10Kz REDUNDANT
AC/AC converter with 75Hz three-phase output, designed with digital vector control.
With 50Hz three-phase input and galvanically isolated 75Hz and/or 83.3Hz single-phase output.
It is suitable for redundant operation for railway signaling applications.
Designed to meet the CDB's safe power supply requirements, in safe mode with guaranteed continuity, this is achieved through the dual three-phase input power supply and the redundancy of the system's devices.
It supplies a stabilized voltage, with power up to 10kW, to be applied to the resistors that represent the current generators to be modulated on the CDB's track sections.

A-RCFD SIGNAL RECEIVER MODULE
This device is used to create audio-frequency binary circuits on track sections without joints.
It was designed using FSK phase-locked discrete digital logic and meets the fail-safe requirements of SIL4.
This device must be coupled to its transmitter and track filters to perform its intended purpose.

SIGNAL TRANSMITTER MODULE - A-CTS
Device used to create audio-frequency track circuits on track sections without joints.
It is designed using discrete digital logic with FSK modulation and meets the fail-safe requirements of SIL4.
This device must be coupled with its corresponding receiver and track filters to perform its intended purpose.

FILTER MODULE RX/TX
The filter module is a device used to adapt the impedances of the transmitters and receivers of the transmission and reception circuit to the audio CDB circuit , consisting of the section of track inside which it is installed.
They are always installed near the head and block filters, which outline the CDB section with the relative applied frequency.
They are made in IP67 containers and adapted for installation along the line and comply with the IS402 cat.3T and 4V and EN50155 standards.
AUTOMATIC DISCONTINUOUS BLOCKING SYSTEM

Discontinuous ATP based on the Indusi system.
Using two or three frequencies, it monitors the status of the ground buoys protecting critical points along the line. If the red signal or level crossing is exceeded, it releases the hydraulic line of the emergency brake.
Designed with fail-safe 2oo2 logic, it is SIL4 certified.

BOA Indusi on board
It consists of electromagnetic antennas for transmitting signals to the ground and is an extension of the onboard rack.
The buoy is certified according to IS402 and EN50155 for installation on railway sleepers.

BOA Indusi of land
The ground inductive buoy consists of electromagnetic antennas for receiving onboard signals and, if necessary, transmitting the code.
The buoy is certified according to IS402 and EN50155 for installation on railway sleepers.

ZUB122 EPROM Programmer Tool
The ZUB122 system tester was designed for field testing of discontinuous ATP and EPROM programming.
The instrument powers the 50kHz and 100kHz antennas and checks their status by reproducing the on-board system.
The ZUB 122 reads and verifies the 850kHz antenna telegram and displays its contents on the display.
Allows erasing and writing EPROMs.

INDUSI BUOY TEST TOOL
Il rack provaboe è un sistema progettato su misura per il collaudo delle BOA Indusi, posizionate all’interno di un piano regolare, simile a quello di applicazione reale.
Il rack è mobile grazie a quattro ruote pivotanti opzionali, di cui due dotate di freno per prevenire movimenti involontari durante l’utilizzo.
Per applicazioni di laboratorio, il rack è pronto all’uso; per l’impiego sul campo, è fornito di distanziatori laterali che sollevano lo strumento alla distanza massima di operazione dalla BOA in prova.
La struttura è a ponte, con le schede elettroniche centrali integrate per il corretto funzionamento del sistema. Nella parte superiore è presente un pannello comandi, mentre nella parte inferiore si trova il vano antenna, sospeso a 14cm dalla struttura a ponte per garantire le corrette condizioni di prova.

CONNESSIONE INDUTTIVA 1kA E 1.6kA
Inductive connections (ICs) are constructed according to railway standards IS415; EN61180; EN61000-4-2; and EN61000-4-5 and allow the passage of traction current.
Inductive connections can be equipped with 50Hz or 75Hz filters to block the track circuit signal.

AUTOMATIC RESET MAGNETOTHERMIC SWITCH
This series of self-resetting miniature circuit breakers, designed and approved according to Rete Ferroviaria Italiana (RFI) specifications, is available in all models and ratings and is fully interchangeable with previous models in relay rooms.
IS circuit breakers (switch disconnectors) are classified both by their rated tripping current and by the type of current: alternating current (AC) or direct current (DC).
