RCF – PHASE SHIFT RELAY
Fail-safe digital track circuit relay is suitable for joint rail track. RCF can work at both frequencies 50Hz and/or 75Hz as well. This phase shift relay replaces the electromechanical version increasing reliability and efficiency of wayside signalling. Electronic cards are housed into a standard box according with Italian State Railways terminals. Other mechanical solutions can be designed accordingly.

Fail-safe digital standard code generator relay for train speed control and protection. The relay generates correct pulse per minutes with the information of braking curve of the train.

Code amplifier is coupled with code generator digital or electromechanical as well. The amplifier can generate PWM signal to rail from 0Hz up to 440Hz.

AC/AC 75Hz converter suitable to supply track circuit along wayside. Converter with vectorial control three-phase solution. 50Hz as input; 75÷83,3Hz as output. Modular solution, hot swappable can be connected in parallel to get 1+1.

Audible frequency track circuit is designed for train operation along joint less rails.
The audio track circuit is designed on FSK modulation at low frequency, a pair of receiver and transmitter has same frequency along same track to check the presence of the train. Adjacent tracks work at shifted frequencies separate by electrical joint. High disturbance immunity, it can work with the presence of low frequency TC.
Fail-safe system on fully digital card, it is a SIL 4 solution for train protection system.

Audible frequency track circuit is designed for train operation along joint less rails.
The audio track circuit is designed on FSK modulation at low frequency, high level of immunity to traction current. The transmitter can cover short distance (under 80meters), mid distance (up to 300 meters) and long distance (up to 2.000 meters). Fail-safe system on fully digital card, it is a SIL 4 solution for train protection system.

The filter modules are the interface between control room and trucks, his position is crucial to realize the electrical joint with adjacent trucks. Every pair of TX-RX module has couple of filter module. IP67 box are suitable to be installed along the rails. EN60601 test passed, cat 3T and 4V of IS 402 standard.

ATP ON BOARD CONTROLLER
Automatic Train Stop system is an intermittent train protection fail-safe solution to protect station signals, level crossing signals and wrong line operation. On board controller, EN50155 certified, is made by electronic cards on 2oo2 logic which controls independent electromagnetic antennas.
Powercon provide complete system: rack controller, electromagnetic antenna (on board and ground) and driver operation pulpit.

ATP ON BOARD ANTENNA
On board antenna generate the HF signal to ground and read the status of the signal by means of ground antenna. The on board antenna passed all mechanical and thermal test of the EN50155 to be installed on the boogie of the train EN50155 tests. Standard frequencies for all two channels are 30kHz and 50kHz but other frequency can be implemented.

Ground antenna is purely passive electromagnetic component designed to be installed near the rail. The ground antenna passed the test of EN60601 and IS402 for installation on the platform or on ballast.

ZUB122 TESTER
ZUB 122 is instrument to test electromagnetic ground antennas of indusi train stop system. The ZUB 122 allows to check the coupling of the ground antenna with the on board equipment of ATP by means of the correct spacing between the two antennas. The instrument reports on a 5” screen the level of both signals of the control circuits and simulates the intervention of each of the two circuits and stores the current values. Easy to handle thanks to a lithium battery, an indispensable tool for the correct certification of the ATP system efficiency.
